At Wellsville Jr/Sr High School, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. As part of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative, students will be participating in a PBIS School Climate Survey in the coming days.
This survey is designed to gather valuable insights into students’ experiences, perceptions, and overall well-being at school. The information collected will help us identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement as we continue working to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.
Survey participation is anonymous, and responses will be used solely to enhance school policies and support systems. The Student Survey questions can be viewed at this link. If you do not want your student to participate in the survey, please call the Jr/Sr High School Office at 330-532-1188 by February 11, 2025.
